Be part of strengthening cyber preparedness in Denmark's critical infrastructure

Do you want to play a central role in the work of strengthening cyber preparedness in an organization with an important societal responsibility? Do you have experience with cybersecurity, governance or compliance and an understanding of the regulatory requirements in the area? And are you motivated by creating coherence between regulator requirements, security processes and preparedness in close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders? Then you may be the Cyber Security Advisor we are seeking for Evida in Viborg.

Central role with focus on cyber preparedness and government collaboration

With reference to the Chief Information Security Officer you will become part of Evida's Cyber Security team, where you will have a central role in strengthening the organization's cyber preparedness and contribute to compliance with applicable legislation. A substantial part of the role is aimed at collaboration with relevant authorities, industry forums and external partners, where you contribute to creating coherence between regulatory requirements and Evida's work with cybersecurity.

You will also have an important task in coordinating efforts across the organization and ensuring coherence between security requirements, processes and disaster recovery plans. The work involves close collaboration with colleagues within IT, OT and business, where you help translate legislation and security requirements into practice. Your primary tasks will include, among others, the following:

• Coordinate the work with compliance of NIS2, BEK 260 and other relevant requirements
• Contribute to ensuring the quality of disaster recovery plans as well as developing and maintaining policies, procedures and security documentation
• Facilitate and coordinate risk and vulnerability assessments
• Coordinate handling of cyber incidents and ensure systematic follow-up
• Coordinate collaboration with relevant authorities, industry forums and external partners

A Structured profile with a focus on cyber preparedness

You have a relevant advanced education in IT, information security, cybersecurity or a related field, as well as experience with information security, governance, compliance or risk management. Knowledge of relevant laws and security standards, for example NIS2 and ISO 27001, is important, as is experience with security processes, policies or documentation.

Experience with disaster recovery planning, risk assessments or handling of security incidents will be an advantage, and so will knowledge of OT and ICS environments. You have a good understanding of IT and cybersecurity and can translate regulatory requirements into concrete processes and solutions. You are good at creating an overview, gathering relevant stakeholders and ensuring progress on tasks across the organization.

You thrive in collaboration with both internal domains, authorities and external partners and can communicate clearly to different audiences. As a person you work in a structured and analytical manner with a sense for documentation and attention to detail and context. You take independent responsibility for your tasks and can build good relationships across the organization. At the same time you are curious and motivated by continuous learning and development.
