Data and analytics consultant for finance and management information

So you are the candidate we are looking for to a exciting position in the Center for Care and Health.

About the position

You will become part of the small team “Economy and Analysis” in the Center for Care and Health, where we work with data, analyses and financial insight as the basis for managerial decisions. At the same time you will be part of a team with an informal tone, where we spar closely with each other, share knowledge and develop together. We believe that the best solutions are created in collaboration, and therefore we continually prioritise sparring and knowledge sharing.

You will have a central role in developing management information and decision-support for managers and decision-makers. The tasks range from analysis of activity, capacity and economy to development of reporting, forecasts and management tools. Financial management and budget monitoring remain an important part of the work, but with particular emphasis on analysis, data-driven development and support for operations.

Your tasks will include, among others

• Prepare analyses and decision proposals for management and operations.
• Develop management information, reporting and governance tools.
• Budgeting, forecasting and financial follow-up.
• Spar with leaders on data-driven decisions.
• Identify patterns, trends and development opportunities across the organisation.

Your profile

We imagine that you have a relevant higher education degree in economics, data analysis, social science or similar. However, the most important is that you are analytically strong and curious by nature. You are motivated by understanding connections in data and translating insights into value for leaders and operations. You thrive on asking questions, challenging existing assumptions and translating insights into value for leaders and colleagues.

We emphasize that you

• Have strong analytical skills and an interest in data-driven governance.
• Have experience with economic analyses, budgeting or controlling.
• Can create structure and overview in large data sets.
• Have experience with or interest in BI, reporting or analysis tools.
• Can translate data into concrete recommendations and actions.
• Communicate clearly and thrive in collaboration and professional sparring.

Salary and employment terms

The position is a permanent full-time position and without maximum service time. It is also covered by Local Agreement for flexible working hours (4-day work week). This means that the working hours on average are 37 hours per week for full-time employees, of which working hours from Monday to Thursday are 32 hours on average. The remaining 5 hours up to 37 can be scheduled by you as an employee outside the planned working time. In practice, this means that you—and your colleagues—will most Fridays have the opportunity to take time off.
