Part-time salesperson wanted for Floorshop in Albertslund – opportunity for a flex job

Floorshop in Albertslund is looking for a friendly and service-minded employee for our store, who can assist with sales and customer advisory in a limited number of hours per week – primarily in the afternoons and on Saturdays.

The position can also be a really good opportunity for you who are registered for flexjob.

About the job

At Floorshop it’s not just about selling floors. It’s just as much about listening to customers, understanding their needs and helping them find the right solution.

You will be part of the everyday life in the store, where you primarily will assist our private customers with advice and sales of floors and accessories.

Your tasks will include, among other things

· Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive store experience.

· Advise on different floor types, materials and solutions.

· Help customers find products that fit their needs.

· Handle customer inquiries and assist with the daily operations in the store.

· Contribute to a good and welcoming atmosphere.

Who are you?

We imagine that you are a positive and outgoing person who enjoys contact with customers and wants to make a difference for the customers.

Perhaps you have previously worked with sales or customer service? Maybe you have a background as a carpenter, floor installer or experience from the construction industry and would like to use your knowledge in a new way?

The most important for us is that you have the right attitude and the desire to learn.

We place emphasis on the fact that you

· Are approachable, service-minded and good at talking to people.

· Have a natural interest in sales and advisory.

· Are trustworthy and good at building trust with customers.

· Are reliable and able to work independently.

· Would preferably have knowledge of floors or building materials – but this is not a requirement.

· Want to learn about our products.

Working hours and employment

The position is part-time with a limited number of hours per week. The working hours will primarily be in the afternoons and on Saturdays.

We are open to adjusting the amount of hours to fit the right candidate, and the position can also be filled as a flexjob.
