About the job

The position is a permanent appointment as of January 1, 2027 and as a rule on a full-time basis, 37 hours/5 days per week, but could possibly be divided into two part-time positions.

You will play a central role in the work to ensure health and well-being for children and young people in the municipality.

Your day-to-day consists of varied tasks in both prevention and treatment, and you will be part of a team where collaboration and high professionalism are in focus.

We are looking for a dental clinic assistant who shall

• have experience and be skilled at chairside assistance
• have good teamwork and communication skills
• have a flexible attitude to tasks and to working at several dental clinics
• be eager for independent tasks, including with “own” prophylaxis patients

Herning Municipal Dental Care serves 22,100 children and youths, and 824 care- and special dental care patients.

We have a decentralized structure with 6 dental clinics and 1 central orthodontic clinic.
