Java developer with focus on societally critical solutions

Would you develop solutions that support important societal functions and contribute to the digitization of the public sector? NNIT is seeking an experienced Java developer, who also has knowledge of .Net, for a longer-term engagement with a public sector client in Aarhus.

You will become part of a dedicated team that develops and maintains complex, business-critical systems with high requirements for quality, security and stable operation.

Your responsibilities

•Development and maintenance of applications based on Java and possibly .Net

•Analysis of business requirements and translation into robust technical solutions

•Design and implementation of REST-based services and integrations

•Participation in agile ceremonies including refinement, sprint planning, demos and retrospectives

•Ensuring high quality through testing, documentation and best practices

•Close collaboration with architects, project managers, testers and the customer’s business

Your qualifications

•Minimum 3 years of experience in software development in Java

•Experience with Java, Web API, SQL and possibly Spring

•Experience with integration patterns and development of services

•Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe

•Experience with .Net is an advantage, but not a requirement

•Understanding of Secure Development Lifecycle and requirements for documentation in public sector projects

•Good Danish and English language skills in both spoken and written
