Digitalization Consultant for Digitalization & Information Security

We are looking for a colleague who works in a structured way, takes responsibility for their tasks and thrives on creating an overview in complex contexts.

You will likely have an academic background and may be a recent graduate eager to learn or have several years of experience from similar tasks. The most important thing is that you have the ability to work methodically, follow up on tasks to completion and ensure high quality in your work, while being able to receive professional support from your colleagues and your manager.

As a digitalization consultant you will become an important part of the work to support the municipality's digital development. You will work with digital solutions, information security, AI and process optimization, where you contribute to ensuring that systems, processes and workflows function efficiently and in accordance with current requirements. It is therefore advantageous if you have technical understanding, knowledge of GDPR and information security, or an interest in building competencies in the area.

With us you will have the opportunity to develop your competencies and grow in the role through sparring, learning and practical experience. You will be responsible for tasks that match your level and that give you the opportunity to continuously develop.

Your tasks will include that you participate in

• Preparation of documentation, guides, procedures and decision briefs.
• Supplier and compliance work when procuring new systems.
• Risk assessments according to the municipality's risk assessment concept, preparation of DPIAs and AI assessments.
• Preparation of written proposals.
• Work with supervision, data processing agreements and audit preparation.
• Advising the organization on information security and acting as a knowledge resource about AI. You do not need to be an expert from the start, but you should be eager to acquire new and complex knowledge and be able to convey it at eye level to both leaders and employees.
• System administration of the department's systems.

All of these are tasks where you go far if you have analytical abilities and are strong in writing.

An important part of the job is to support system owners in their work and help the organization comply with applicable requirements and guidelines. It requires that you can collaborate with many different professional areas while maintaining focus on structure, quality and progress.

You will succeed together with your team

Team Digitization & Information Security is the IT & Digitization outward-facing function, which collaborates with the entire organization on digitization and information security. The team communicates, guides and teaches the organization and manages to make the complex easily understandable, both in writing and verbally. We participate in and lead projects in both the department and across Skive Municipality and work with everything from information security and digitalization to AI and development of digital workflows.

We are happy to share knowledge, support each other and have a good community. The team consists of committed colleagues and reports to IT & Digitization Manager Peter Molbæk, with whom you will have ongoing sparring. You will become part of a work environment with exciting and varied tasks.

Practical information

• Interviews: First interview in week 48, second interview in week 49. At the second interview you will solve a small task, which you will review during the interview.

• Workplace: Skive Municipality's Town Hall
• Working hours: Full-time with flexitime arrangement
• Salary: Determined according to the applicable collective agreement and your qualifications
