Do you want to help strengthen our collaboration across our two locations in Kolding and Vejle, and do you want to lift our market share for commercial real estate in the Triangle region to a new level?

EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech, Kolding and EDC Erhverv Poul Erik Bech, Vejle, have over the last few years been operated as a single business unit that geographically covers the entire Triangle area.

Today we have a solid market share, which we want to strengthen further by leveraging our local knowledge, but also by strengthening collaboration across the two locations under a common leader.

We are seeking a leader who can contribute to lifting our position in the area, who can navigate a large market area, and at the same time be able to strengthen collaboration across the two physical locations.

You will become an important part of the collaboration, and you will be supported by 7 skilled and dedicated colleagues. The team supports you in relation to professional sparring with clients and business areas, and skilled sales coordinators fully handle the administrative tasks, so you can concentrate as much as possible on proactive sales work and on selling and leasing the properties we have on commission. If you have the ambition to become a partner now or later, we are open to that as well.

Physically you will have workplaces at both locations, and you must be prepared to divide your efforts between these, but of course also to focus your efforts where the customers are.

Your hunger for results and your local anchoring are decisive

Fundamentally you possess the hunger, courage and desire to become an active part of our shared success. Your primary task is to bring even more listings onto the shelves in the form of commissioning and also selling commercial properties in the Triangle region, and you must be locally anchored here. Your previous professional background and personality are characterized by:

• Experience from a similar role in the brokerage industry either as commercial or residential broker or another relevant professional B2B sales background from e.g. bank, mortgage institution or similar sales and advisory company.
• A good B2B network in the Triangle region, the desire and ability to build long-term relationships with companies and real estate investors.
• Documented sales results that clearly show you can achieve strong results in a highly competitive market.
• Having leadership experience from a sales organization, and the ability to motivate those around you and lead by example
• A strong winning mentality, meaning you go the extra mile to win and close a deal.
• A strong value foundation, built on a high degree of diligence, ethics and good business sense.
