Dispatcher for Customer Service Center at Heidelberg

For Heidelberg Materials we are looking for a dispatcher for the CSC. Are you the type who makes things succeed when many pieces have to fall into place? Then perhaps you are the one we are seeking for their Customer Service Center (CSC).

At Heidelberg Materials Beton Denmark they are one of the country’s leading suppliers of concrete with 14 concrete plants spread across Denmark. They combine local relationships with the strength of an international group, where safety, collaboration and development go hand in hand.

As a dispatcher in CSC you will become an important part of the engine behind their deliveries. You will have a central and visible role, where you daily interact with customers, drivers, factories and colleagues across the organisation.

Together with the rest of the team you ensure that their deliveries are carried out efficiently, safely and on time. You also contribute to developing their workflows and creating the best solutions for both customers and the business.

Job responsibilities

• Planning and dispatching of vehicles and order flow
• Ensure high quality in daily order processing
• Coordination between customers, drivers and concrete plants
• Handling changes and adjustments in operations
• Contribute to optimization and development of processes in CSC
• Help to create overview and structure in a busy daily life

Professional qualifications Your education is not decisive. The most important thing is that you have an understanding of logistics, a sense of coordination and a willingness to take responsibility.

We imagine that you

• Have experience from dispatching, logistics or the transport industry
• Work structured and keep an overview when the pace is high
• Thrive with many points of contact and daily dialogue with customers and colleagues
• Have good IT skills, preferably experience with SAP
• Communicate professionally in Danish, both orally and in writing
