At Kloster A/S we are seeking a sharp profile with a solid background as a disponent or forwarding agent, but who also has the commercial drive and the true "entrepreneurial type" to build and expand a completely new department.

Your role: Build, optimize and sell

You will be based at our physical workplace at Helge Nielsens Allé 13, 8723 Løsning, but your role goes far beyond the classic desk-based disposition. You will be the driving force in building and growing our new department.

Your primary tasks will be an exciting mix of operations, sales and development

• Business development and proactive sales: Active participation in outreach work to find new tasks, expand the customer segment and attract new customers to the department.
• Daily dispatching and optimization: Sharp planning and optimization of dispatch tasks and daily operations.
• Financial follow-up: Analysis of transport tasks, negotiation of agreements and prices, as well as ongoing follow-up.
• Collaboration and coordination: Contact with drivers, workshops and partners, as well as approval of invoices.
• Ad-hoc tasks: Various tasks that naturally follow when you are helping to build something from the ground up.

Who are you?

You have a strong professional background as a disponent or forwarder – ideally from the transport, logistics or construction industry – and you understand the mechanisms that drive efficient logistics operations.
