Dispatcher

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious dispatching manager who thrives in a fast pace, with complex logistics tasks and a lot of responsibility. You will become a central key person in a modern transport company where quality, punctuality, high customer service and financial understanding go hand in hand.

You must be able to create calm in a busy everyday life, make quick decisions and at the same time motivate both drivers and colleagues to deliver their best.

Your main areas of responsibility

• Daily dispatching and optimization of the company’s vehicle fleet
• Ensure maximum capacity utilization and high delivery reliability
• Ongoing dialogue with customers, drivers and partners
• Responsibility for planning, route optimization and efficient use of resources
• Follow-up on economy, productivity and key figures
• Handling of emergency changes and rapid problem solving
• Contribute to development and optimization of the company’s transport processes
• Contribute to strong collaboration across the organization.

We expect

that you have several years of experience as a dispatcher – preferably from a larger transport or logistics company – and are used to working with many concurrent tasks.
