DMR is looking for a technician with experience in using QGIS for our geotechnical department in Jutland

For one of our offices in Aabenraa, Kolding, Horsens or Silkeborg we are seeking as soon as possible a technician to perform, among other things, QGIS tasks.

Experience with QGIS is advantageous.

The position is 37 hours per week.

You will work together with our project managers and handle a variety of tasks within GIS work.

DMR employs a total of around 300 employees, of which about 55 are geotechnicians. Work is carried out across geography and offices, so your tasks may be for colleagues across the country. Your tasks will include, among other things:

• preparation of drawings in QGIS
• excavation permits
• signage plans
• volume calculations in TBC
• preparation of bore profiles
• preparation of site plans within geotechnics
• archiving and journaling of case materials.

• are educated as a surveying and geospatial technician or similar
• have an overview and are meticulous in a high-activity workday
• have worked extensively with QGIS
• have worked with Trimble Business Center (TBC)
• are quick to learn new things and have good drafting understanding
• have a good understanding of finances
• work independently and systematically
• focus on collaboration.
