A1 Consult is a consulting engineering firm specializing in infrastructure within the market sectors Ports and Waterways, Coasts and Climate Adaptation, and Construction and Utilities.

We are the smaller engineering company which, thanks to high professionalism, holistic perspective and close collaboration, has gained a strong position in the Danish consultancy sector, which means that A1 Consult works on many larger construction projects in Denmark.

We work broadly within the geotechnical field, where interdisciplinarity towards steel, concrete and timber is in the foreground. Of traditional geotechnical tasks we cover all classic disciplines such as retaining walls, various failure and deformation calculations and pile constructions etc.

We use a wide range of internal and commercial software for our design. In addition to design there are also tasks that require providing advisory to external consultants, for example when working for our public clients.

Our customers range from the state to municipalities, from commercial harbours to marinas, and from contractors to developers.

Therefore your role can vary from being a designer one day to a client advisor another day. You should thus be prepared to join a diverse and exciting everyday life.

We expect that you

• You are a diploma- or civil engineer and have at least 5 years of experience
• You have a fundamental/high geotechnical understanding, are self-driven and passionate about your field
• You have experience as a designer and preferably as a supervising advisor
• Possibly you have a network of clients or partners
