And would you like to be the one who meets a 6-year-old girl with a smile and starts the play? Then maybe it\'s you we are seeking.

About the task

When you arrive, it may be that she would like to play in the room, tumble in the garden, or find letters and numbers. Another day perhaps the trip goes to the playground or the soft play area. She enjoys being active, and you will have an important role in initiating activities and joining in all the way.

The girl has a chromosome disorder and needs support in daily life. She uses sign language and requires a little extra time to respond. You do not need to be able to sign language and can learn it along the way.

She does not have mobility function, but can crawl or move forward on the floor. Outside she uses a wheelchair or a pushchair. The task also includes changing diapers.

The family is generally at home, so you should thrive in being part of the family\'s daily life and also be able to join in play with the siblings. On mainly Saturday shifts you should be able to take the family on outings.

About you

The most important thing is that you want to be with the girl, take initiative and create a safe environment. Experience with children with special needs or sign language is an advantage, but not a requirement.

Working hours

Approx. 27 hours per month

The shifts fall on the following days

• 2 hours Monday or Tuesday 15:00–17:00
• 2 hours Thursday 15:00–17:00
• 10 hours one Saturday per month

Outside office hours there is always a staffed emergency phone so you are never alone. Salary and pension in accordance with the National Agreement entered into between FOA and Dansk Erhverv. You are covered by DUOS’ liability and work injury insurance and health insurance is part of your pension scheme.
