About the job

With us you encounter a work community characterized by commitment, care and humor. We help each other and see ourselves as one shared house where cooperation and well-being go hand in hand. We work based on residents' individual needs and place emphasis on creating a safe, predictable and meaningful daily life for them – and a good working environment for ourselves.

About the job

Do you want to make a difference for our elderly residents?

Do you want to be part of a work community where commitment, care and humor go hand in hand?

With us you are not alone – we see ourselves as one shared house, where we help each other and collaborate to create a safe and good everyday life for the residents. We work based on the individual needs of each resident and with respect for entering their home. Care is characterized by structure, presence and predictability, so both residents and staff experience security in everyday life.

As on-call substitute you participate in day and evening shifts on weekdays, weekends and holidays.

Christmas and New Year are approaching and here we also need your help.

We are looking for new on-call substitutes for ongoing employment and perhaps you already have secured your summer job for the summer of 2027.

You do not need a health care education. The most important is that you have an interest in elder care, are caring and want to make a positive difference for our residents.

We would like to point out that the position lies within the around-the-clock area. Currently the service is expected to be mainly day/evening shifts.

Your profile

We would like you to have experience from elder care or work with citizens with physical or mental disabilities. It is an advantage if you are familiar with care tasks and thrive in a daily life with responsibility and structure.

At the same time, the most important is that you want to give our residents the best possible everyday life, meet them with respect and care and wish to be part of a staff group that pulls together. If you do not have experience but the right attitude and motivation to learn, we would very much like to hear from you.

We perform high-quality care and have a focus on improvement. As our new colleague you will become part of a team where we prioritise a good working environment, learning and a culture with humor, creativity and respect.

Relationships, communication and collaboration mean a lot to us – both with the residents, their families and colleagues.

We are looking for an engaged colleague who

  • Meets residents, relatives and colleagues with respect, presence and recognition
  • Wants to contribute to an active and meaningful everyday life for the residents – your ideas are welcome
  • Is stable, flexible and takes responsibility so that we together get things to function
  • Is ready to learn new things and be part of a community where we support each other

With us you get the opportunity to develop yourself, regardless of experience. We focus on wellbeing, community and a learning environment where there is room for diversity, humor and personality.

Why you should choose us

  • We want to hire you who contribute with professionalism, commitment and good mood.
  • You will become part of a smaller staff group where we take care of each other and lift as a team.
  • We see the house as one united community where everyone helps each other across.
  • We are a team with strong camaraderie – and we actively use humor in daily life.

With us you will become part of a team where we take responsibility together and make a difference in daily life.

You will have colleagues who support you, and a workplace with room for professionalism, learning and good humor.

We look forward to welcoming you as part of our house.

We are a cozy nursing home with 24 care apartments
