We are looking for seven-sided people who don’t necessarily fit into square boxes.

Not because you are abnormal. But because your competencies, your personality and your way of working may fit better for roles that do not resemble traditional positions.

At MinBy™ we are not particularly concerned with whether you fit into a specific job title.

We are far more interested in, what you can do, what you are passionate about, and what you can become really good at.

WE WORK 100% REMOTE – AND MEAN IT!

We have no traditional workplace you need to come to.

We are spread all across the kingdom – and some of us even work from abroad.

We write a lot together. We talk even more together.

But we never meet physically – not even via camera.

It may sound unusual. It is also.

On the other hand, it works for us.

We are a small team that works closely together, even though we sit in very different places.

You work from home or from another fixed, private workplace where you have peace and the right working conditions.

We expect you to show up on time, work in a structured way, keep promises and normally finish the workday on time.

You should not prove your engagement by working around the clock.

You should prove it through what you deliver.

• Can work in a structured way without a boss looking over your shoulder.

Perhaps you have previously experienced that traditional workplaces do not suit you particularly well.

It may be due to your residence, long commuting time, family circumstances or simply that you work best in your own surroundings.

For us, that is not a disadvantage. On the contrary, it can be an advantage.

We want to give space to people who have both the abilities, the desire and the work ethic, but who do not necessarily fit into the traditional working model.

WHAT POSITION ARE YOU ACTUALLY LOOKING FOR?

You do not necessarily need to know yet.

We have several different roles and areas of work, and we expect to expand the team with at least two new employees .

But this posting is different.

Here we are looking for the person and the competences first. Then we find the right function.

Perhaps you fit into one of our existing positions.

Perhaps you have a combination of competences that makes you interesting for several functions.

And perhaps we will discover together an opportunity we have not yet defined.

SALARY AND EMPLOYMENT TERMS

If you are relatively new to a field and need to be trained, our starting point is a monthly salary of 26,000 DKK after the end of a trial period for full-time employment.

If you already have strong competences, relevant experience or other salary expectations, we are open to discussing an individual agreement.

We clearly prefer candidates who see our way of working as a real advantage – not as something they can merely accept.

WE ARE A SMALL TEAM WITH LARGE AMBITIONS

MinBy™ is developing a nationwide digital media network with 1,522 ultra-local media .

We work with journalism, data, AI, automation, digital development, communication and commercial solutions.

We are not a traditional company with big departments and long chains of command.

We develop continuously, and there is little distance from idea to action.

We also tend to stay around once we have found the right people and have become dedicated to each other.

We are not necessarily looking for the perfect application. We are looking for the right person with the right skills and the right attitude.
