I am looking for an employee of up to 20 hours per week who would love to become part of the everyday life at Frejas Gym!

Who am I looking for?

I am looking for a person who loves structure, is proactive and good with people. Someone who can take responsibility and wants to help make both small and large things work.

I often have many ideas going at once, so I am looking for someone who can help me create an overview, prioritize, and keep track of the details.

You should preferably be the type who dares to challenge me, think for yourself, and come with new ideas. But at the same time you should have good situational awareness and be able to sense when to push a little and when there is a need for calm and an overview.

If you have experience with training or group instruction, that is a huge plus! 🏋🏼♀️

What will you be doing?

• Planning, structure and coordination of everyday life in consultation with me.
• Member service and responding to inquiries.
• Financial tasks such as payments, budget monitoring and contact with the auditor.
• Practical tasks, cleaning and daily operation of the gym.
• Contact with partners and various ad hoc tasks.
• Possibly being a substitute for training sessions if you have experience with it.

In the first instance, the most important is to create a good structure around daily life and daily operations. But you also get the opportunity to shape the position yourself!

When we have got going well, there will be the possibility to work with SoMe, events, new projects and business development, depending on your interests and competences.

We will work closely together, so for me good chemistry, honest communication and humor are at least as important as experience and education.

The practical

Up to 20 hours per week. We plan the working hours together, and there is the possibility of remote work.

Start date January 1, 2027.

Salary according to qualifications and experience. The position is hourly paid and in addition holiday wages.
