About the job

Would you like to coordinate in a multidisciplinary team, where the relationship with citizens and collaboration with colleagues are the focus?

For District Tved we are seeking a nurse by training and team coordinator who is passionate about shift rosters, route plans, and coordination with a focus on professionalism and collaboration.

District Tved

Kolding Municipality has consolidated the outreach care and assistance in Help at Home. In District Tved we work in two fixed teams consisting of nurses, SSAs and SSHs, who assist citizens who need help under the Social Services Act, the Health Act and the Elderly Act. In each team there are also attached a dementia consultant, advisor and an occupational therapist.

The fixed team structure creates high continuity, which both citizens and employees greatly value. We experience that it provides security, quality and job satisfaction in everyday life.

We assist citizens in Tved and Rebæk during day and evening hours.

What do we expect from you?

As a team coordinator you will become a central part of daily life in the district. You create structure, overview and contribute to a workplace with high professionalism, good collaboration and a focus on citizens’ quality of life.

You will be an important support for both staff and the district manager, where you play a key role in planning, coordinating and developing our workflows.

We are seeking a nurse, and in addition it is advantageous if you

  • have experience with shift and route planning
  • have worked in Nexus and/or Optima
  • work in a structured way and can maintain an overview in a busy daily routine
  • meet both citizens and colleagues with presence, respect and a smile

In return we can offer you

  • an exciting and meaningful job where you help create the framework for citizens to live the life they want
  • a broad collaboration interface and professional challenges with opportunities for both personal and professional development
  • engaged colleagues and a skilled district leader who shares a focus on well-being, the work environment and citizens’ joy of life

In Kolding Municipality we work with the citizen at the center – and in the Department of Senior, Health and Leisure we have chosen to make it concrete with the vision:

Dignity and coherence in all that we say and do.

It is a vision you must fulfill by always having behavior that reflects the department’s five code of conduct rules:

  • Speak a language that all people understand
  • Everything within your radar is your responsibility
  • It is the citizen’s plan/agreement
  • Put the community into play
  • Meet the citizen halfway

We see the citizen as a whole person. Therefore we ask questions rather than giving answers – and we find good solutions together with the citizen. And because we use our professional skills and collaborate across departments, we can create the best framework for the citizen’s life.
