Our Talent Network is for you who dream big. You who are happy to invest your spare time to become even more skilled. In our Talent Network we gather a group of ambitious students from communication and marketing programs in and around Aarhus.

Who is Texta?

Texta is a marketing and communications agency in Viby J. We work at the intersection of performance marketing and creative communication. This means that we have skilled communicators and graphic designers, but also cover email marketing and advertising.

Texta is a young agency. We were founded by students, and therefore we believe in young talents. We have employed many skilled students and recent graduates who have helped shape the agency we are today. Now we want to give something back. Therefore we have chosen to set up our talent network so we can help shape the next generation of marketing and communications talents.

Kickstart your career with Texta

Professionalism is the headline of our network. We will have fun, but the most important is that we become wiser.

We have put together a program that combines presentations, company visits, case work and discussions. And although the program is outlined, we can make changes to accommodate your wishes.

It's free to be part of the network – it only costs your time. We meet once a month from September to May (excluding December) from about 16:00-18:00.

As a member you can look forward to

• Sparring with 15-20 ambitious marketing and communications students who want to develop themselves – just like you.
• Facilitation of seven professional meetings per year – with fixed times and locations.
• Summer finale with restaurant visit and socializing at the forefront.
• Professional talks from sharp specialists within various marketing and communications disciplines.
• Company visits where you can learn how specific companies work with communication and marketing.
• Access to a LinkedIn group where you can spar with like-minded people and get input from Texta's specialists.

How to become part of the network

We want to ensure that the professional level in our network group is high. Therefore we have some requirements you must meet if you want to join. As a member you must:

• be enrolled in a marketing or communications degree program.
• be at least in your second year of study.
• prioritize network membership (it's okay to miss one or two).
• be keen to actively participate in debates and cases.

Do you want to be part of our talent network? Then send us a short, motivated application describing why you should be included – and what your career dreams are.

The network starts in September, and we are ready to assemble the team. We will select the 15-20 network members based on the applications we receive (there will be no interviews). The selected members will be notified by e-mail during August.
