We are looking for a pedagogue or pedagogical assistant for 30-37 hours per week with rotating shifts and work every other weekend.

In Boenhed 16, 18 people live with significant and lasting reduced functioning levels. The residents have, among other things, autism, psychiatric issues, attention disorders and early emotional injuries. Several have limited speech and need support to understand and navigate in daily life.

This means that your pedagogical expertise becomes important – every single day.

We work from neuro-pedagogy, Gentle Teaching , and LA2U in 2027 and we are focused on understanding the person behind the behaviour. When something becomes difficult, our starting point is not only to ask “what is the resident doing?” , but also “what does it tell us, and what does the resident need from us?”

You will therefore be working with both relational aspects, communication, structure, sensory integration, activities, self-determination and health-related tasks.

And we believe that a good life consists of both doing and being .

Sometimes it is about going on a trip, doing an activity or creating a good experience. Other times it is about simply being together – creating calm, presence and security.

In Boenhed 16 we work closely across disciplines. You will become part of an interdisciplinary team where we use each other's different perspectives to create the best support for the residents.

Salary and employment

The position is 30-37 hours per week with rotating shifts and work every other weekend.

Salary and employment are arranged according to the applicable collective agreement with SL.
