About the job and Anabia
Anabia is a happy and active girl of 7 years with infantil autism, who lives in Brønshøj/Husum together with her parents and 2 siblings. She loves to sing, laugh and experience new things – especially walks, trampoline and the swimming pool!
Anabia does not yet have a proper spoken language, but communicates clearly through sounds and singing and understands a lot of what is said to her. She is curious, independent and generally calm and easy to be with.
The family is seeking an assistant who can give Anabia some cozy Sundays with play and experiences, while the parents get a little break.
Your tasks
- To play, be cozy and go on small outings with Anabia.
- To support her in daily activities and help with diaper changes as needed.
- To create a sense of security and keep a good eye on her, as she may venture off on her own.
Who are you?
You are calm, caring and responsible and want to give Anabia some fun and safe experiences. Anabia understands both Danish and English, while her parents speak English. Therefore you must be able to communicate in English with the family.
The practical
Workplace: Brønshøj/Husum
Working hours: Every Sunday at 10.30–14.30 (4 hours). The family is flexible with the time.
