At Lunas Ark we have just opened the doors to our new institution, and on November 1 we opened our last kindergarten group – Hyldeblomsterne. Now we are seeking a committed and professionally curious pedagogue who wants to join the journey and create a classroom where both children and adults thrive, develop and feel like an important part of the community.

We are seeking a pedagogue from January 1, 2027, or preferably earlier if possible.

A unique opportunity to start something new When you start with us, there will be 7 children in Hyldeblomsterne, and the group will continuously grow. There is already a pedagogical assistant assigned to the room who is well underway in establishing the room and creating the first framework.

You therefore get a special opportunity to help shape a new room from the beginning. You will have a great responsibility to create a good pedagogical culture, establish good routines and structures, and ensure that the children have a safe and developing everyday life.

The room is normed for 22 children and 3 adults, and you must be prepared for the daily life to continually include new children, introductions from both the infant department and from home, as well as parent conversations.

We are looking for someone who finds it exciting to build something up and who is motivated by being able to set a direction and create a good everyday life together with your colleagues.

Who are we? Lunas Ark is a large integrated institution with 6 kindergarten rooms and 4 infant groups. We are a workplace focused on both professionalism, structure and good relations.

We have a good and close parent collaboration and an engaged parent board that helps develop our institution.

• Close leadership , with both a day-care manager and a middle manager who are available in everyday life.
• Four cargo bikes , giving us good opportunities to go out and explore the local area.

We are also in the process of an exciting development towards a nature profile. We have connected an external nature guide who accompanies us on trips and consults with us about nature, science and the many learning opportunities that lie in actively using nature in the pedagogical work.
