We are seeking an employee for our Finance Department who is skilled in budgeting and analysis and who wants to help our customers optimize their operating economy. We will provide thorough onboarding and good opportunities for you to develop into an independent advisor and sparring partner for the country's most skilled agricultural companies.

About the position

In Patriotisk Selskab we advise professional farming on everything from finance and crop production to environment and law. In our Finance Department we are looking for another colleague to advise our customers on financial management and opportunities to optimize operations.

As their confidential sparring partner you will work closely with clients who are characterized by high professionalism and strong engagement in finance.

Some of your tasks will be

• Budgets and budget monitoring
• Analyses and benchmarks – you will, among other things, be trained in our Company Analysis and Machinery Analysis
• Power BI reporting
• Advising customers on financial management and optimization of operations

There may also be opportunities for other finance tasks as needed and of interest.

The Finance Department is our largest department, and you will thus have many competent colleagues to spar with. You will receive thorough onboarding and good opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. At the same time you will be involved in cross-disciplinary projects with talented colleagues from our other departments, e.g. crop- and environmental consultants.

About you

You have a relevant education in economics such as an agronomist, agricultural economist or agricultural technologist.

Regardless of your educational background, it is important to us that you have insight into farm operation. Our customers have individual needs that rarely fit into a predefined template, so you must have the willingness to understand their situation and find the right solutions for them.
