We are seeking a professionally strong and collaborative reading advisor who will lead our reading development and early interventions.

Your profile

As our new reading advisor you will hold a central position at the school. You will need to work strategically and closely with the teaching.

We expect that you

• are a qualified teacher with major in Danish and ideally trained reading advisor
• have solid knowledge of early reading and writing development
• work systematically and analytically with data, tests and follow-up
• have strong relational skills and be a clear communicator
• thrive in a mentoring role where collaboration and trust are essential
• are keen to actively contribute to the school's common professional development
• want to work purposefully with the school's early interventions
• would like to teach a single Danish group

The position is a full-time role with start no later than 1 January 2027. Both criminal record and child protection checks will be carried out in connection with the employment.

Appointment will be made in accordance with the applicable salary agreement for teachers between KL and DLF (OK 50.01) and Gribskov Municipality's pay policy. The agreement can be read at www.kl.dk
