About the job

Would you like to work with legal case processing that has great significance for other people? Do you thrive on taking responsibility, working in a structured way, and finding good solutions to complex problems? And are you also interested in being part of a workplace where we continuously develop the way we solve our tasks?

Then you may be one of our new colleagues at the Guardianship Office.

We are seeking AC clerks who want to join a professionally strong community and contribute to the development of the Guardianship Office. With us you will have the opportunity to work with meaningful authorities tasks, build specialized knowledge and influence how we solve our tasks in the future. You do not need to have experience with guardianship or futures powers of attorney beforehand. The most important thing is that you have the right professional qualifications, a desire to learn and a willingness to contribute to our collective development.

About the Guardianship Office

The Guardianship Office is part of the Family Law House, which handles a number of socially important tasks within the family law area. At the Guardianship Office we handle cases concerning guardianship and futures powers of attorney. Our decisions often have great significance for citizens' personal and financial circumstances, and we therefore place emphasis on high juridical quality, thoroughness and respect for citizens' legal protection.

We are a developing office. We work purposefully to create more efficient, consistent and coherent case processing, where high professional quality goes hand in hand with good organization of work. Digitalization and LEAN are central elements in this work, and we have ongoing focus on how we can simplify workflows, better utilize digital opportunities and create more cohesive processes to benefit both citizens and employees.

At the same time we emphasize a good collegial community, where we help each other, share knowledge and use each other’s different competences.

Your tasks

As an AC clerk you will become part of a office where you take responsibility for your own cases but are not alone with the tasks. We prioritize collaboration and professional sparring, and you will become part of an office where we work together to ensure both quality and progress in the handling of cases. You will work with case processing within guardianship and futures powers of attorney, including legal assessments, application of relevant legislation and drafting of decisions.

An important part of our work is to find better ways to solve tasks. You will therefore also be able to contribute to our work with digitalization and LEAN, where we among other things focus on developing our workflows and creating more efficient and consistent case processes.

Who are you?

You have a relevant academic education, for example cand.jur., cand.merc.jur., cand.soc.jur. or cand.scient.pol., and you want to work with authority tasks where professionalism and social responsibility go hand in hand.

You work structured, take responsibility for your tasks and can maintain an overview when there are multiple cases and deadlines to handle. At the same time you understand that good case processing requires both professional thoroughness and an efficient organization of work.

We place great emphasis on your desire to collaborate, share knowledge and contribute to a good work environment. You do not need to know everything in advance, and previous experience with guardianship, futures powers of attorney or public case handling is not decisive for whether you are considered.

What do we offer?

With us you get meaningful work, where your efforts have a concrete impact on citizens, and where you become part of a professional community with engaged and helpful colleagues. You get responsibility for your own tasks, opportunities for professional sparring and good opportunities to develop your competencies.

You get the opportunity to develop yourself in case processing and decision writing and at the same time actively contribute to the development that the Guardianship Office undergoes. We prioritize a workplace with an informal tone, room for different perspectives and a focus on well-being.

We offer flex time and the possibility of remote work by agreement and with regard to tasks, collaboration and the office's operations.

Contact and employment terms

If you can see yourself as part of the Guardianship Office, please send us your motivated application with CV, examination papers and other relevant documentation no later than November 4, 2026. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis.
