Operations Manager for FLD Energi

Do you want to build the installation team of the future?

Sales in our Energy division are rising. The department works with heating plants, service and planned maintenance. Now we are seeking an operations lead who can turning new agreements into solid deliveries to customers and build the team as we grow.

The job

You will be responsible for the daily operation and report to the Plumbing and HVAC Director Jonas Larsen. You will work closely with our business developer, who creates new concepts and framework agreements. Your task is to deliver them. In the first year you will expand the team without compromising quality, shorten the time from agreement to first delivery, and help test our new data platform.

You will, among other things,

• Lede office staff and technicians in daily operations
• Plan service visits, maintenance and project tasks
• Recruit, train and develop new technicians
• Coordinate bids for smaller tasks
• Use data, e.g. energy savings and alarms, to prioritise and document to customers
• Report on operations and quality to the Plumbing and HVAC Director

You

• Are trained in plumbing or energy trades and have solid experience in the field
• Have led technicians, preferably during a period of growth
• Know heating plants and pipe installations, and preferably IoT/CTS
• Are structured, customer-oriented and speak the technicians' language
