We are looking for a soil and concrete worker for commercial construction in Ørbæk.

You will join a larger construction company where in-house production spans several trades, and where concrete and contracting work are part of the package. The work is in commercial construction, so daily life requires a stable rhythm, proper agreements, and people who can get things done. The positions are located in Ørbæk and the surrounding area, and the role shifts between tasks alone and tasks with a partner.

Your everyday

You work in the sequence agreed on-site so the next step can start without delay. When something changes along the way, you report and get it resolved before it becomes a problem. There is room to take responsibility, but also an expectation that you roll up your sleeves.

You will, among other things, work with

• Working on new commercial construction
• Pours foundations and footings
• Reinforces and ties iron on the construction site
• Grading and leveling terrain
• Builds sub-base and prepares for the next trade

The atmosphere should be able to carry both busy days and Friday hygge. You should enjoy being part of a team where people help each other and still get the work done properly.

We are looking for someone who can tick most boxes

You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your agreements.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 5 years of experience as a soil- and concrete worker
• Have a driver’s license
• Can work independently and take responsibility for agreements
• Are stable and arrive as agreed
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It’s an advantage if you have experience with new builds, concrete work, and commercial construction. But the most important is that you can take responsibility and deliver something you can stand by.
