You will join a larger setup where there are tasks in both housing and commercial sectors. The daily work can shift between earthworks, excavation and concrete, so you get to use your body and your trade broadly. You work both independently and together with a partner, depending on what the task requires. The positions are located in Horsens and the surrounding area, and the company car makes it easy to travel between tasks.

The good thing about the role is that you are not locked into one type of task. You will be responsible for making your own portion of work fit, and when a partner is needed, the setup is there for it. Your everyday The day starts with the task agreed for the site. Some days it’s about preparing the ground, other days it’s about tackling the concrete work. When you work alone, you are expected to manage the sequence yourself and say if something doesn’t add up.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Working with concrete tasks on construction sites
• Carrying out earthworks and excavation
• Preparing substrate and terrain before the next trade can come in
• Casting foundations and pedestals
• Leveling and shaping terrain

When the week is nearing its end, there is room for Friday hygge, if the work and site allow. The bonus scheme helps to make extra effort visible.
