Nordstjerneskolen seeks a pedagog for SFO and Phase 1 - Can you build strong relationships with children? Do you believe that all children can do well? And are you motivated to make a difference both in children's leisure time and during school hours?

So perhaps you're the person we're looking for. At Nordstjerneskolen we are seeking a trained pedagogue for an exciting 35-hour-per-week position with employment starting 1 January 2027. The position is split between the school's SFO and Phase 1, where you will become an important resource around our youngest children.

A daily life close to the children

As a pedagogue with us you become an active part of both school and after-school life.

In the SFO you help create an after-school offering characterized by play, togetherness, creativity and presence. Here you help develop activities and relationships that give the children good experiences and strengthen their social development.

In the school part you will participate in two-adult efforts in Phase 1, where together with teachers and pedagogue colleagues you support the children's learning, participation and well-being. You help create inclusive learning environments where more children experience mastery, community and success.

Nordstjerneskolen is a large urban school in the middle of Frederikshavn with about 600 students and 90 staff members.

Salary and employment terms

We should note that the average salary for the position is DKK 36,934 (37 hours per week).

The salary may differ from the stated amount depending on experience, professional and personal competences as well as any pre-arrangements and local agreements.

The position is 35 hours per week with start on 1 January 2027.
