We have hit a growth spurt – and therefore we are looking for a qualified pedagogical practitioner full-time, who wants to become an important part of both our Year 0 class and GFO.

A everyday life with the children at the center!

Your position is split between 15 hours in our Year 0 class and afternoons in the GFO. You will therefore follow the children across their day and help create coherence between school and leisure.

• be keen to be actively involved – both outdoors and indoors
• burn to create inclusive communities and activities where all children can participate
• be curious about the cross-professional collaboration and want to develop it together with us
• take co-responsibility for children who are in vulnerable positions
• have an eye for the good transition when daily life shifts from school to GFO
• see it as an important task to create a sense of safety for our youngest children who are still learning to go to school
• see parents as important partners and want close collaboration between home, school and GFO
• want to contribute to both the school's and GFO’s life
• be able to navigate a day where not everything goes according to plan – and where flexibility and good solutions are part of the job
