Educator at Troldhøj Kindergarten

We are seeking a professionally skilled and outgoing pedagogue for Børnehuset Troldhøj.

We are looking for a trained pedagogue for a permanent position of 37 hours. You are active, imaginative, initiative-taking and professionally grounded, and love to create exciting activities for our children.

We are a kindergarten with about 50 children and 10 staff, so you will become part of a small, but strong team that helps each other across. Here we place high value on presence, care and honesty in our collaboration.

Your tasks

• Room pedagogue - in a room with 16 children aged 3-5 years
• Be curious and reflective about our daily practice, so we can continually improve and become even better at creating well-being for our children.
• to create a Good, Close and Strong parent collaboration.
• Professional sparring partner with colleagues and help strengthen a professional evaluation culture.
• Preparation of Language assessment, Dialog profiles, Focus points/development plans, Pathway builder (Brain and heart), Language tests, Motor test, Palle Post, Transition assessments, pedagogical activities.
• Maybe you can do a craft, are musical or have some completely different areas you are passionate about and want to teach?

We are a Village Scheme under Holstebro municipality with joint leadership and co-management of the school, after-school care and kindergarten. Nr. Felding school and Børnehus are located in the middle of an active local community close to Holstebro. We have a beautiful and varied nature and a strong collaboration with the town's associations.

We have an engaged staff with 28 employees distributed between school, kindergarten and after-school care.

We have 90 school children, about 55 children in after-school care and 50 children in the kindergarten.

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

We would very gladly show our lovely school and kindergarten, and have the following visiting days for trained pedagogues

• Wednesday 4 November at 15:00 and Tuesday 10 November at 11:00
