Then you may be the pedagogue we are looking for in an exciting combined position in Kongebjerget, department Petersbjerggård.

We are seeking a trained pedagogue for a permanent position of 37 hours per week. You will become part of a kindergarten group at Petersbjerggård and will also take on a central role as a practice supervisor across both kindergarten and nursery.

The position consists of 25 hours per week as a pedagogue in a kindergarten group and 12 hours per week as a practice supervisor across the entire Kongebjerget.

You will have your daily connection to the kindergarten, but as a practice supervisor you will support the professional development in both nursery and kindergarten.

As a practice supervisor you are a professional resource person who supports the development of high pedagogical quality and strong child communities through guidance, reflection, sparring and competence development. You will work closely with the management regarding the development of pedagogical quality.

You play an important role in ensuring that our shared view of children is translated into everyday action. Through observations, dialogue and reflection you contribute to the development of learning environments where all children experience themselves as valuable participants in the community. This is in line with the Municipality of Kolding’s shared view on children and young people, which is based on trust in children’s intentions, resources and potentials.

Your tasks as a practice supervisor will include

• Be a professional sparring partner for colleagues.
• Support work with inclusive learning environments and strong child communities.
• Observe pedagogical practice and provide constructive feedback.
• Facilitate reflection and learning processes in the staff group.
• Contribute to the work with KIDS, evaluation and analysis of pedagogical practice.
• Participate in municipal networks for practice supervisors and convey relevant knowledge to colleagues.
• Collaborate with management, resource persons, PPR and other partners on the development of pedagogical quality.
• Participate in development projects and professional activities across the house.

Salary and employment

Salary and employment terms in accordance with the applicable collective agreement as well as local agreements between Kolding Municipality and BUPL.

A child and police certificate will be obtained in connection with the employment.
