Then you may be the educator we are seeking for our wonderful kindergarten in Ferslev.

Rævedalsvej Kindergarten, Daycare Svenstrup are looking for an educator, 37 hours as soon as possible or by December 1, 2026.

About us

Rævedalsvej Kindergarten is normed for 38 children and is located in the loveliest natural area in Ferslev. We work closely with parents, the school and the local community, where forest, hills and open spaces provide a unique calm and freedom in everyday life.

We work functionally divided and are split into smaller groups across the house four days a week with scheduled pedagogical activities. Thus, we are together with all the kindergarten’s wonderful children in turn during the week.

We are looking for a colleague

• Who together with the children prioritizes music, body and movement both outdoors on our large inviting playground and indoors in our motor skills room.
• Who has good knowledge of e.g. ICDP, Nest or neuro-pedagogy and uses this to support the children’s participation opportunities in the child communities.
• Who works and sees themselves in a commitment to collaboration with the entire staff at Rævedalsvej.
• Who every day is passionate about having the very best day together with the 3-6-year-olds .
• Who sees parent collaboration and involvement as an important prerequisite for the child’s well-being.
• Who is initiativeminded, responsible and curious , naturally with respect and loyalty to our curriculum and kindergarten culture.

In our everyday life we focus on

• The importance of relationships between the children and for the child’s sense of belonging within the community.
• A committed collaboration among colleagues, where respect, communication, high professional standards and humor are the starting points for our work.
• To involve the parents , as they naturally know their child best.
• That the small daily play, activities and learning environments have significance for the child’s development and well-being, especially together with you, who are engaged and present.
• To involve the child’s voice and to be curious about the child’s diverse initiatives.

Salary and terms of employment

The position is covered by the collective agreement, local pay formation and starting point in base pay step 26. Other terms of employment in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between KL and BUPL. Prior to final employment, criminal and child protection checks will be obtained.
