Educator or social educator for Præstehaven – would you like to help build something important from the ground up?

We are looking for pedagogues or social pedagogues at Præstehaven – 37 hours per week – with employment from 1 June 2025 or as soon as possible.

About the job

Præstehaven is a residential facility for adults with mental and cognitive challenges. We are currently in the middle of a process where we are working hard to create a more professionally grounded and developmental environment – for both residents and staff.

We do not hide that we are in a development process. There is a lot we need to create and build up. But we are underway – and we are ready. Ready to prioritise pedagogy. Ready to create a strong foundation. Ready to take the work environment and professionalism even more seriously.

And here you come into the picture.

We are not looking for a pedagogue who just fits in. We are looking for a pedagogue who wants to help set the direction. Someone who wants to take responsibility for bringing the pedagogical craft into play and to help develop a culture where professionalism, structure and relationships are the foundation of everyday life.

Your profile

We are not concerned with how many years you have on your CV. We are concerned with what you WANT.

You must be trained as a pedagogue, social pedagogue or about to finish one of these – and be keen to use it actively. You must be curious about both people and practice, and you must have the courage to help build up, develop and shape – together with us.

You will need

• A strong professionalism – or the will to make it strong
• Courage to stay calm in chaos
• The ability to think relationally, systemically and with the heart
• An understanding of what good pedagogy is – and a desire to share it

Salary and employment according to the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles.
