Educator / Pedagogical Assistant sought for outdoor institution

SpireVium is a small private outdoor institution with both a nursery and a kindergarten.

Here, nature and outdoor life are a natural part of daily life year-round, and we also place great emphasis on presence, safety, small groups of children and close relationships.

We are looking for a trained pedagogue or pedagogical assistant for 30–37 hours per week with start as soon as possible and no later than February 1, 2027.

We are looking for you who love nature and are curious about all that hides in it. You who turns over the stone, looks under the stump and lifts the animal to take a closer look, together with the children.

The position is primarily for our middle group (ages 2-3 years), but you must be prepared to work across the institution.

We especially hope to find someone who is curious about the wondrous world of nature, enjoys outdoor life in all kinds of weather, and wants to investigate, dig, discover and be curious together with the children.

Perhaps you are the one we are missing on the team?

We look forward to hearing from you.
