Educator sought for Asserballe Private Kindergarten

Asserballe Private Børnehus, seeks 2 pedagogues

35 hours per week.

One of the positions is temporary for 1 year, but there may be an opportunity for a permanent position afterwards.

Who are we?

We are a private kindergarten with happy children aged 3 - 6 years and a team of 8 engaged employees who are constructive role models for children and each other.

We have an engaged group of parents and collaborating with them is a high priority in daily life.

We see each child as unique, and as the personality it has. Based on that and in collaboration with the parents we contribute to each child developing into a constructive citizen of society according to common Danish democratic norms and values.

The kindergarten offers a developmental environment where we focus on experiences in daily life. We focus on nature as a resource, both in terms of cultivating our own crops, play and movement and the respect for preserving nature and how we relate to it.

We are a kindergarten that is divided into 3 groups. We have 2 reception groups and a school group.

Who are you and what can we offer you?

The person we are seeking, in collaboration with the rest of the staff, should help shape the daily life at the Kindergarten to a place where the individual child and the children together achieve greater inclusivity, push boundaries, and develop their resources. If you would like to work with us, we expect you to support the following values:

• A safe and happy atmosphere between children and adults
• A developmental and acknowledging dialogue at child level between the parties
• A mode of interaction characterized by mutual respect, trust, participation, clarity, honesty and consideration,
• Children's play – indoors as well as outdoors – takes place partly in groups and partly individually. The individual child has influence over what they would like to engage in.
• Motor and practical skills are stimulated and developed in everyday life through activities and play,
• Children's language, numbers and concepts develop through daily tasks and not least the dialogue that takes place between adult and child.

With a basis in the above, we look forward to hearing what you can contribute to a developmental everyday life at the Kindergarten.

Salary is in accordance with our agreement with BUPL

A child and criminal record check will be obtained. There must be an opportunity to obtain references.
