We are looking for you , who have a strong care instinct, a solid overview and are a good communicator. It is essential that you can hand over the task solidly to the day shift during handover.

With us you will become a central part of a team where you take ownership of your tasks. You will become an important part of the house with the possibility to make independent decisions, but also brainstorm with your colleagues daily.

In your team you will follow an annual cycle that allows time for professional deepening of the pedagogical effort as well as professional supervision. Your work is built around fixed daily structures, but you will still never experience that two days are the same.

It is a requirement that you

• Have a relevant pedagogical education
• Have knowledge of working with autism, complex behavioural challenges and thrive in care work.
• Have expertise that enables you to maintain an overview and make decisions under pressure
• Have a high degree of empathy, honesty and be willing to take responsibility
• Have experience with personal care – otherwise we will teach you
• Have a valid driving license category B

About HabitusHuset Holbo

We are a newly started pedagogical residential facility that provides the framework for residents with complex developmental challenges. The house is located in a scenic and calm area in North Zealand. The offering is surrounded by open green landscapes, forest areas and field paths, which are characteristic of Græsted and the local area around Gribskov.

The surroundings at Holbo are characterized by homeliness, clarity and sensory-stimulating opportunities that create security and support residents' well-being and development. The surroundings provide good opportunities for nature-based activities, peaceful walks, structure in daily life and an environment where residents can develop at a pace and in a way that matches their individual needs.

As a §104, 107 and 108 offer, each resident has their own apartment and shares common areas both inside and outdoors, which creates the opportunity for residents to socialize to the extent they are able, to get out into nature and develop through the many sensory impressions they find there and at the same time have the opportunity to retreat when they need to find calm.

Although we are a new residential facility, we as part of Habitus already have a strong professionally founded pedagogical method, but it is also an opportunity for you to help create a new culture and build the right structures around our residents that best support them in their development

You can expect a changing daily life, where the focus is both on professional and personal development. There are fixed teams around the residents, where we as a rule work with 1:1 staffing and 14-hour shifts.

The night shifts run in a 7/7 rotation with each other, so one works in even weeks and the other in odd weeks.
