About the job

A rare opportunity has arisen, as we will soon be short of a new colleague for a full-time position in the co-housing community Annehuse. Could that be you?

About the Job

We are a co-housing community with around-the-clock support for adults with developmental disabilities who have varying needs for pedagogical guidance and support.

The co-housing consists of 16 apartments, as well as common rooms.

We have a collaboration with the home care service that provides all personal care and other health care. Some residents have cleaning, while with other residents we try to support, with a pedagogical approach, in being able to manage the cleaning themselves. The residents who live here have been granted support under the Danish Social Services Act § 85 and have apartments under § 105 in the Danish Housing Act.

The pedagogical support is tailored individually to the resident, and annual follow-up meetings of the § 141 action plan are held together with the resident and the authority.

The Annehuse co-housing is a house where the majority of residents share a long history. This creates a strong understanding of each other and a strong sense of community. We strive to be together on major decisions in the house, while at the same time supporting independence.

We collaborate with the residents on a life of learning and life mastery, while ensuring safety and predictability. In interaction with the residents, we work creatively and innovatively with the goals. The residents are, among other things, involved in the practical tasks of daily life so that they achieve learning and life mastery in daily life.

A large part of the residents are employed – both internally and externally, here we work to support and develop individual skills based on the resident's motivation
