At Børnehuset Parken we are looking for a pedagogue who is passionate about creating meaningful communities where children thrive, develop and feel that they belong. A pedagogue who meets the children with curiosity, presence and professionalism, and who wants to be part of a working community where we lift the task together. We have a strong nature profile and use nature as an active learning space. We work purposefully to create meaningful, inspiring and developmental frameworks where children's play, curiosity and community are in focus.

We are looking for a trained pedagogue for 37 hours, but we are flexible regarding the number of hours.

Who are we?

Børnehuset Parken is located in scenic surroundings in Sønderborg. We are an integrated institution with one baby group and three preschool groups.

With us you become part of a house where professionalism and community go hand in hand. We work in teams around the children and across the house, and we believe that the best solutions arise when we bring our different perspectives into play.

Our large outdoor play area and our nature offerings at Kær Vestermark form the framework for a everyday life where nature is an integrated part of the pedagogical work. The playground is divided into play areas, creating good conditions for presence and in-depth work. In the nature offer at Kær Vestermark we are year-round with a group of preschool children who participate in shifts. Kær Vestermark is a fantastic learning space with ponds, birdlife, trails, a bonfire hut and plenty of space for play and exploration.

We are looking for a pedagogue who

• brings their professional expertise into play around the children and actively contributes to the collegial community
• actively works with nature and outdoor life as part of the pedagogical practice
• contributes to strong child communities where all children experience participation opportunities
• can follow the children's initiatives in play and at the same time provide pedagogical leadership by creating frameworks, setting direction and being an active participant in the play communities
• is professionally engaged and curious about their own practice
• works with presence and relational competence
• involves the children's perspectives and takes them seriously
• sees value in joint reflection and professional sparring
• takes shared responsibility for a professional collaboration where we jointly develop the quality around the children
• contributes actively to both job satisfaction, collaboration and development

• Monday-Thursday 6:30-16:45
• Friday 6:30-16:00
