About Bostedet Frueløkke

Frueløkke is a residence with both residents who live there and residents who live out in the community. Our residents are primarily challenged in the cognitive area, and therefore it is important that you can create security, structure and calm around them. It requires patience, empathy and the ability to meet each resident where they are.

At the same time you become part of the Bo & Activity center, where many things happen across teams and where we strive to work in the same direction.

About the job - a day-to-day where no day is the same

At Frueløkke we are seeking a new colleague who has the right heart, a good portion of humor and a desire to be part of a small community where relationships, presence and professionalism are core values.

With us you will be part of a small team of 6 employees, where we know each other well, help each other and lift the task in collaboration. We believe that the best solutions are created through collaboration, trust and respect for each other’s professionalism.

Work at Frueløkke includes a number of shifts alone. Therefore it is important that you thrive working independently, can maintain overview and make professional decisions when the situation calls for it. At the same time you are never alone in the task. We are a team that stands together, and we expect that we all work loyally according to the shared pedagogical values and decisions we make together.

Salary and employment terms

We have staff at the following times

• Monday–Friday: 07:00 – 20:00
• Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 - 19:00

The position involves day, evening and weekend shifts as well as work on holidays. Weekend shifts and holidays are solo shifts and currently every 4th weekend.

We have a fixed summer trip with the residents of up to 3 overnight stays in week 29, where it is expected that staff participate on a rotating basis.

The position is permanent at 37 hours/week, with the possibility to agree lower hours.

Start date as soon as possible and no later than 1 December 2026.
