Are you passionate about working with children aged 0-6 years and motivated by working with the new strengthened curricula and Kids? We are seeking pedagogues for positions from 1 December 2026 or as soon as possible after, at 37 hours per week.

You should be able to see yourself as part of the whole house and work with all children from 0-6 years.

A little about The House.

The House is located in St. Merløse, close to the school and is part of Area Kildedam in Holbæk Municipality. We have about 40 lovely kindergarten children and about 30 toddler/preschool children as well as 18 skilled colleagues and a pedagogical leader. We have safe surroundings in fresh air with room for diversity and varied development. We have a lovely playground with swings, slides, bikes and much more, where children’s motor and sensory development comes into focus, as we place high value on movement and outdoor living.

We work with ICDP, which is a relational method used to create positive and appreciative contact and dialogue with and among the children. We use Alle Med as our tool in relation to the children's development and initiate activities that support their zone of proximal development and align with the new strengthened curriculum.

We are engaged in the neuro-pedagogical approach and have begun, on a rotating basis, to take a diploma module, to create a common understanding; you will also become part of this.

In our daily life we work on developing wellbeing, trust and security, communities, familiarity, and movement. At the same time there is room for a fun everyday with lots of good laughs and a twinkle in the eye.

We are looking for a colleague who

• has an appreciative and inclusive approach to the children, both in speech and body language
• is aware of their own competencies and actively contributes to daily life with these competencies in mind
• understands the importance of a structured daily routine and can act within it, as well as create a safe and present daily life for the children
• is outgoing, approachable and views parent collaboration as an indispensable part of the pedagogical practice
• is flexible and reliable in attendance
• is curious about the pedagogical practice, reflective and curious
• dare to experiment, dare to fail
• can articulate themselves clearly, both verbally and in writing
• is familiar with IT and can operate an iPad in daily work and computer
