Holbæk Municipality's sheltered employment offering Jobbasen seeks an educator for 37 hours per week as of January 1, 2027.

About Jobbasen

Jobbasen is a department under the core area Adults, Disability and Psychiatry in Holbæk Municipality, which offers sheltered employment under the Danish Social Service Act section 103.

The target group consists of citizens whose functional impairments may include developmental delay, acquired brain injury, psychiatric or social challenges.

You will become part of an interdisciplinary team of 17 colleagues and will work in an environment where professionalism, collaboration and development are in focus. Jobbasen comprises several departments, each offering meaningful employment activities tailored to the individual citizen's resources and needs.

About the position

You will be assigned to KommuneKram, which is Jobbasen's resale shop and employment offering. Here you will collaborate with seven colleagues and about 40 citizens with reduced functional capacity.

Your main task will be to support the citizens' development, well-being and participation in the work community. At the same time you will actively participate in the store's daily operations, where items from the recycling center are sorted, prepared and presented for sale.

The position will initially be linked to the toy department.

Your responsibilities

You will, among other things

• Guide and provide practical support to the citizens you are a contact person for
• Support citizens' development of work-related and personal competencies
• Participate in the daily tasks that keep KommuneKram functioning
• Collaborate with home tutors, case workers and relatives
• Document citizens' goals in the professional system Nexus
• Handle payroll and time registration for citizens' attendance
• Contribute to a positive and developing work environment for citizens and colleagues

• Can plan, organize and support tasks in practice
• Is flexible and adaptable

• Has IT skills at user level
• Has knowledge of KRAP or a desire to work with the method

Salary and employment terms

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and the Ny Løn principles.

Working hours are primarily Monday to Friday from 07:45 to 16:30.

As KommuneKram is open on the 1st Saturday of every month from 10:00 to 15:00, occasional Saturday shifts can be expected.
