We don’t hide it. In fact, we occasionally hear that our size can make some applicants think: "Oh my, that sounds big."

At Børnenes By we have a common pedagogical direction across the nursery and the kindergarten.

We are not necessarily looking for the pedagogue who can do everything from day one.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment is according to the applicable collective agreement for pedagogical staff at day care institutions, clubs, after-school programs, etc. concluded between KL and BUPL. The position is placed as a pedagogue at 37 hours.

Expected salary range: DKK 32,932.73 – 37,689.81 per month excluding employer-paid pension, flex benefit and holiday pay. Locally agreed allowances, qualification-, function- and allowance for special pay may apply.

The final salary placement is determined based on your qualifications and previous work experience after specific negotiations with the relevant trade union.
