About the job

In connection with the health reform and the transfer of the acute area to the region, we will operate 22 temporary placements at Senior Center Gulkrog.

At the temporary placements you will meet citizens

• Who are waiting for a place in a nursing home
• Where there is a need to relieve relatives at home
• With social work-related challenges and a need for support in daily life

The placements are normed for stays of up to 8 weeks, which provides a varied and dynamic daily life with many different citizens and challenges.

Employment terms

Salary and terms of employment according to the applicable collective agreement and local pay

Employment is in accordance with the agreement for 73.01 Social and Health Care Personnel - SSA, §§ 4-6. The expected starting salary for full-time, excluding pension, is the base pay step (steps 24-27) based on seniority, in the range DKK 29,579 – 34,898. The final placement, including the collective agreement basis and salary level, is set based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.

Senior Center Gulkrog consists of several departments. We have the Care Center with 32 residents. We also have 22 Temporary Placements. Then we have an open activity house, where self-reliant citizens from their own home can come and participate in the day’s activities or sign up for a class. In our Assessed Day Center we admit citizens from their own home who cannot manage on their own but need companionship and input in daily life.

We also have a swimming hall, where you can train in a heated pool and a training room. Our cafe and kitchen provide meals for the whole house and for the events held here. We are centrally located in Vejle with the cozy pedestrian street environment in the town center as a neighbor.
