Are you happy to be a clinic assistant – but less happy to assist at the chair?

At Godt Smil we are looking for an engaged clinic assistant for our service center, where you can use your professional skills in a more structured and gentle way, without assisting at the chair every day. Here you will become an important part of the patient experience from the first contact.

Working hours are between 06:45 and 16:05 , with only 2–6 Saturday shifts a year (07:00–11:00).

It provides fixed frameworks, security in everyday life and time for both work and leisure

Your role in the service center

As a clinic assistant with us you are the first contact for our patients, and often the one who creates the first safe experience. Your daily routine includes, among other things:

• To answer calls from patients
• To answer questions about treatments, times and practical matters
• To respond to emails and ensure that inquiries are followed up
• To call out to patients when needed
• To create security and provide a professional and welcoming experience
• To ensure that patients feel heard
• To work closely with your colleagues in the service center and at the clinics

You will become an important part of the overall patient experience, and you will have the opportunity to use your clinical experience in a new way, with less physical strain , but still with plenty of professionalism and responsibility.
