About the job

Would you like to be part of making a noticeable difference for children aged 3–5 years in a daily routine where professionalism, relationships and play go hand in hand?

At Louisegården we are looking for an engaged and experienced pedagogue for a well-functioning children's community. Here we work in a structured and goal-oriented way, but never without warmth, humor and room for curiosity. We believe that high professionalism and job satisfaction are contagious, both for children and adults.

With us you will have the opportunity to

· Have real influence on the pedagogical practice and the development of the classroom.

· Become part of a strong and engaged collegial community where sparring, initiative and collaboration are highly prioritized.

· Work relationally with a basis in Marte Meo communication principles.

· Work in small learning groups with a focus on well-being, learning and development.

· Develop and plan smaller learning environments that are based on the children's interests and support inclusive communities.

· Actively use the city's largest playground.

· Work with pedagogical themes that support the strengthened curricula.

· Receive a thorough introduction and training so you feel secure and well prepared from the start.

We are looking for someone who

· Has strong play competencies and can initiate, participate in, guide and let go of play when it benefits the children.

· Actively participates in the children's play to support social skills and opportunities for participation for all children.

· Can reflect on and communicate your pedagogical practice – both in collegial sparring, digitally and in parent collaboration.

· Is initiative-driven, positive, present and contributes energy to everyday life.

· Thrives in a structured daily routine and naturally collaborates across rooms/classrooms.

· Takes responsibility, works independently and is eager to contribute with new pedagogical perspectives and initiatives.

Does that sound like you?

We would love to hear from you. Write to us: [email protected]

You are also warmly welcome to drop by for a non-binding tour and a professional dialogue – we are happy to show Louisegården and tell you more about our everyday life.

We look forward to meeting you.
