Experienced cook wanted for Sushi Stuen in Svendborg

Sushi Stuen is centrally located on Torvet in Svendborg, where we offer both à la carte and takeaway with a focus on quality, fresh ingredients and enjoyable dining experiences.

We are a dedicated team with high ambitions and a great passion for the Asian cuisine. Sushi Stuen has over the years been nominated several times for *Best of Svendborg* in the category "Best restaurant/eatery".

We are now looking for an experienced chef who is passionate about cooking and eager to become part of our kitchen team.

# ABOUT THE JOB Your tasks will include

• Daily preparation and plating of dishes in the cold and/or hot kitchen.
• Preparation of food for events and special occasions.
• Assembly and development of dishes and menus.
• Ensuring high quality, food hygiene and self-check/own control.
• Planning and purchasing of ingredients in collaboration with the other chefs.
• Participation in the kitchen's other daily tasks.

# WE EXPECT THAT YOU - Have experience with preparation of Asian dishes, preferably sushi and Japanese cooking.

• Have a good understanding of ingredients, flavors and presentation.
• Are quality-conscious and have an eye for detail.
• Work in a structured manner and can take responsibility.
• Can work both independently and with colleagues.
• Thrive in a busy kitchen and maintain an overview when the pace is high.
• Have a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the team.
