Experienced customer service representative sought

We are seeking an experienced and service-minded customer service representative who thrives with customer contact, administrative tasks and a daily life where it is important to maintain an overview and follow tasks through to the end.

You will be part of a daily routine with many different tasks, where good customer service, responsibility and structure are in focus.

Job duties

• Customer service and advice via phone
• Receiving and processing orders via phone and email
• Handling of returns and complaints
• Daily communication with customers via phone and email
• Registration and follow-up on customer inquiries in relevant systems

We expect that you

• Have experience from a similar position in customer service
• Have good communication skills and a professional approach to customers
• Work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are structured and good at prioritizing and following up
• Have experience with IT systems and are quick to adapt to new systems
• Preferably have knowledge of M3 and CRM systems

Working hours

• Monday–Thursday 08.00–16.00
• Friday 08.00–15.00
