Experienced butchers wanted for deboning beef in Aalborg

On behalf of a partner in Aalborg, we are looking for butchers with experience in boning beef. We are looking for you who have solid knife skills, work efficiently and take pride in delivering a good piece of craftsmanship.

You do not need to be a trained butcher, but it is required that you have documented experience with boning and deboning beef or similar tasks.

Your main tasks

You will become part of the daily production, where your primary tasks will be

• Boning beef on single-person piecework
• Working with both forequarters (wing) and hindquarters (pistol)
• Boning meat from both oxen and calves
• Ensuring high quality and compliance with applicable hygiene and safety requirements

We are looking for you who

• Have documented experience with boning beef and good knife skills
• Have experience from the meat industry
• Thrives with independent work
• Is quality-conscious and has a focus on food safety
• Is reliable, responsible and has a positive attitude
• Speaks either Danish, English, Polish or German
