Do you want an occupational therapy everyday life where no two days are the same?

As an occupational therapist with us you will have the opportunity to work with many different citizens and training needs. You will have a broad portfolio of tasks, and the workday can look very different from day to day.

As an occupational therapist you will be part of the Training Team together with physiotherapists and training assistants. We share knowledge, consult with each other and use our different perspectives to find good solutions for the citizen.

We also collaborate across the municipality and with different professional groups regarding the citizen's course. We do this to create coherence and meaning for the citizen.

You will be responsible for your own citizens and tasks. At the same time you are part of a team where we help each other and take joint responsibility for the tasks.

Freedom with responsibility

We work under several different laws, including the Health Act, the Social Services Act and the Older Persons Act. This provides a broad portfolio of tasks and a daily life with different types of tasks.

We work within a clear professional, organizational and regulatory framework. Within that framework there is room to think creatively, test ideas and find solutions that make sense for the individual citizen.

You plan your own day and prioritise your tasks within the set framework. We expect you to take responsibility for your tasks, be able to make professional judgments and have an eye for opportunities in solving tasks.

We are looking for someone who

  • is flexible and solution-oriented
  • can contribute constructively in a multidisciplinary environment also across the organization and external partners
  • is proficient with IT and comfortable with digital systems, including documentation and digital training solutions
  • has humor and a twinkle in the eye, genuinely cares about colleagues and contributes to the good community and work environment

A good place to be

With us, a good working environment means that we take our tasks and each other seriously. There is room for professional sparring, different perspectives and a good laugh in everyday life.

As part of the Training Team you will have regular time together with your colleagues for professional sparring, knowledge sharing and discussion of current practical issues. It gives you the opportunity to gain new perspectives on your tasks and help develop our shared practice.

We care about each other as colleagues and stand together when a task requires an extra hand.

We also emphasize that work life should be able to hang together with life outside of work. Therefore we try to create a daily life where there is room for both work and family life.

A good start in the Training Team

We know that employees come with different experiences and needs when they start in a new job. Therefore we prioritize a good introduction to tasks, workflows and collaboration in the Training Team, so you get a good start, whether you are a new graduate or have several years of experience.

With us there is room to learn new things, ask questions and share your professional knowledge. We do not expect you to know it all from the start, but that you are curious, engaged and want to develop professionally together with your colleagues. We help each other along the way and see different experiences as a strength in our joint task solving.
