Nutrition Assistant with a flair for engaging with socially vulnerable people at Café Fuldtræfferen

About the job

Fuldtræffen was established as a housing-social project in 2000. The workplace is located at Høje Kolstrup and is part of the Center for Social Psychiatry and Substance Misuse – Activity and Social Interaction Offer § 79 in the Municipality of Aabenraa.

The target group are residents from the local area with special needs, e.g. lonely, socially vulnerable and mentally vulnerable.

Today the offering consists of an active cafe that daily serves about 45 residents from the local area. In addition, there are various creative workshops on site during the week.

Furthermore, NADA acupuncture is offered several times a week.

Your tasks

As our new colleague you will, together with the other staff, handle tasks in both the cafe and the activity part. The tasks include among other things cooking and serving cafe guests. There will also be an opportunity to spend a couple of hours per week on a creative activity with the citizens, if you are interested.

Our core tasks are health, mastery and community building. As an employee you should contribute to translating these core tasks into a meaningful way for the current citizen group.

About you

We are primarily seeking an employee with kitchen experience. If you also have education or experience in the pedagogical field, this is certainly an advantage, but not a requirement.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.

Please note that a criminal record check will be obtained, and that employment will be conditional on its satisfactory result.

We are seeking a skilled employee for 25-30 hours per week starting 1 January 2027.

Working hours will be within the period 08:00-14:00, and there will be no evening and weekend work.
